How long do we get to keep the jumper? A typical rental is approximately 6 hours, however if you require a longer rental time, we can work with you to keep your inflatable longer for a minimal cost. We do require the jumper to be picked up before it is dark to ensure we have adequate light to see. We offer overnight rentals for an additional $25. There are certain requirements that need to be met in order to keep the jumper overnight. Please call for additional information.
Are there any additional costs? The prices quoted include setup and pickup.
What are acceptable surfaces to place the jumper? We can place the jumper on almost any flat surface. If we put it on grass, we will stake the jumper to the ground to ensure that it does not fly away. If it is on concrete or another flat surface, we will bring sandbags to hold the jumper down. Please let us know what surface you will be placing the jumper on, so we can be sure to bring the correct equipment. We are unable to place the jumper on rock or any other substance that may tear the jumper.
Can we have our event at the park? Sure! You must tell us if there is an electrical outlet at the park for the blower to plug into. If not, we can bring a generator to power the blower. Generators are an additional $60 to rent. You must first get approval to place the jumper at the park by contacting the proper authorities.
Do we have to have a deposit in order to reserve a jumper? Yes, there is a 25% deposit on all jumper rentals.
What happens in bad weather? Wind can be very dangerous. We will not deliver any inflatable if wind is gusting beyond 25 MPH. Wind can also pick up unexpectedly. You are asked to monitor wind situations and turn off the jumper when wind gusts to 25mph or more.
How long in advance do I need to call to reserve a jumper? We take reservations all the way up until the night before, however we cannot guarantee we will have the jumper you want, and may not have any jumpers at all, so please call as soon as you can.
How safe are the jumpers? The jumpers are extremely safe if all the safety regulations are followed. Failure to follow any regulation can cause serious injury. It is your responsibility to watch the children at all times and ensure that all safety guidelines are followed. Jolly Jump is not responsible for any injury.
